The Giesser 7705 wwl Slicing Knife is available with 3 blade sizes – 28cm., 31cm. and 36cm. Its round tip polished blade is made of high quality chrome molybdenum steel, vacuum hardened to Rockwell hardness 56-57.

- The plastic handle is suitable for contact with food and complies with the requirements of the following legal regulations (each including all amendments and in the current version at the time of this declaration):

The knife is dishwasher safe however we recommend manual cleaning to protect the tip.
